Videos circulating online appear to show suspected FBI informant Ray Epps instructing the crowd on January 5th last year, the night before the events that took place, saying they needed to go into the capitol the next day and in another video taken on January 6th, he’s telling people to spread the word that after President Trump was done speaking, they go to the Capitol.
