Butler County Common Pleas Judge Gregory Howard in Ohio has reversed his previous ruling, in a lawsuit brought by a patient’s wife, that allowed her COVID-19 positive husband who is currently on a ventilator to receive treatments of Ivermectin over a hospital’s refusal.
