California Recall Ballot Prefold Over Candidate Elder Likely To Not Scan Or Cause Adjudication

My ballot had Elder clearly able to mark l did. But doubtful it will ever get counted for elder. Last election l tried to track my Ballot and could not even get a representative at all to even respond or talk to anyone even a robot

The Left knows every trick to cheat in an election and they have no scruples when it comes to achieving their objective.

I think it depends in which county you receive your ballot from. LA County ballots look nothing like this ballot from Lake County, wtf I've never heard of Lake County lol...
This ballot in the video has some weird ass squares instead of the usual circles I'm used to when it comes to voting. I wouldn't put it past whoever is in charge of the ballots in this county to have done something like this on purpose.
Lake County from a quick google search appears to be mostly HOA residents in a large gated community, so some jackass in the HOA board is probably in charge of printing or ordering those prints and mailing out those ballots. But it could also be pure chance, although if you're looking for an issue then you're going to find it however small it may be. I voted Larry Elder and on my ballot he was nowhere near the folds.
