Texas Heartbeat Bill Takes Effect As State Legislature Finally Passes Election Reform Bill

Two stories of some GREAT news out of Texas today as the Heartbeat Bill, which bans abortions after 6 weeks gestation takes effect, while the sweeping election reform bill that Democrats attempted to thwart by feeling the state, has passed and is now headed to Governor Abbott’s desk for signature.
