Sidney Powell Files Appeal To Overturn Sanctions That Punish Her For Challenging The 2020 Election

American Patriot Sidney Powell has filed an appeal in the Sixth Circuit in an effort to overturn sanctions imposed on her and co-counsel for daring to challenge the results of the 2020 election in Michigan, saying she went above and beyond attaching hundreds of pages of sworn testimony, which isn?t typically required, and saying the right to petition the government is a First Amendment right.   Link to DHS Memo: https://www.dhs.gov/ntas/advisory/national-terrorism-advisory-system-bulletin-february-07-2022
