Federal Court Sides With Christian Professor Who Refused To Refer To Students By "Preferred Pronoun"
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed a ruling by a lower federal court that failed to recognize a Christian professor’s First Amendment rights to free speech and to the free exercise of his religion, after being disciplined by a state university in Ohio for refusing to refer to students by their quote “preferred pronouns”.
