1. You're actually believing anything Candace says? If she actually had anything then she would have shared it.

2. Do you not know how bullet physics work? A fired bullet is surrounded by a cone of kinetic force. Going by the video, Part of the cone missed him and pushed out the back of his shirt. Another part of the cone
bounced off his chest and into the front of his shirt.

3. Yes, I have adjusted my shirt like that and I'm sure this was the guy proven innocent awhile ago.

Sounds like you're the one who needs a lesson in physics. I saw the shirt anomaly on day one. A kinetic burst causing his shirt to flap outwards and upwards?! That's ridiculous. That bullet wound was also CLEARLY the exit point, hence the crazy amount of blood flow. Candace Owens has more insight than most. The official story is a joke, like always.
