The FBI and The National Archives are now harassing and issuing subpoena's to the alternate electors from the 2020 Election as part of the corrupt Jan 6 commission investigation. Alternate electors are absolutely constitutional, and were used as recently as 2000 in the Bush v Gore election. Hypocrites!
