This week Virginia gym teacher , Byron "Tanner" Cross, who was suspended for refusing to use gender pronouns, has been ordered back to work by Judge James Plowman of the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. The judge granted a temporary injunction in the case and criticized the Loudoun County Public School District for implementing the suspension just three weeks before the end of the school year.
