The Department of Education, after a lawsuit filed by America First Legal Foundation, Fight for Schools and Families, and Parents Defending Education, is to “immediately and permanently” disband the national parents council for being unbalanced and unbiased. According to America First Legal, eleven organizations on the council "whose highest-ranking executive donated to President Biden and other Democratic lawmakers". Good riddance! Major win for Americans!!!
