The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Joe Biden's COVID-19 Vaccine mandate for federal contractors is unenforceable, stating that the "close nexus test combined with appropriate deference to presidential determinations leaves [Biden] with nearly unlimited authority to introduce requirements into federal contracts". A federal judge explained that under this premise, Biden could mandate that all federal contractors reduce their BMI below a certain number based on "the theory that obesity is a primary contributor to unhealthiness and absenteeism". BIG WIN folks! Tear down those walls!
