New York Supreme Court Judge Gerard Neri has ruled that the state’s requirement that all healthcare workers get vaccinated against COVID-19 was “null, void, and of no effect". He ruled that Governor Kathy Hochul and the state’s health department abused their authority by mandating vaccinations for healthcare workers. Respondents even ACKNOWLEDGED that those shots do not prevent transmission. Big Win for New York folks! Glory to God!
