A Democratic city councilman and five others in California have been charged with conspiracy to commit election fraud. Isaac Galvan, Compton City Councilman, worked with candidate Jace Dawson to ensure he won his district. Dawson attempted to bribe an election official during the vote counting process on election night. The pair also worked to get voters from outside of the district to vote in the election. They were arrested on Friday and released after pleading not guilty during a court appearance. Just three fraudulent votes caused the results to swing.
