US Supreme Court liberal justice Stephen Breyer will retire at noon tomorrow and radical pedo sympathizer Ketanji Brown Jackson will be sworn in at the same time. Clearly Breyer was pushed into retirement by the Deep State so they could replace him with a younger Justice who will be there for decades to come. However, once Joe Biden is declared an illegitimate President, nothing he did should stand, and it should all be reversed since he was not a duly-elected President. Make it 7-3!

I hope you are correct. As it is never happened (an illigitimate president) there is a lot of speculative action. However, the justice appointment will probably stand as they are only nominated by the President and seated by congress.
