Kanye West, AKA "Ye" has entered into an agreement "in principle" to buy Parler. "Ye" stated "In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves". The parties intend to enter into a formal agreement and close within this current quarter.
