Judge Cecilia Altonaga of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissed a lawsuit against Florida and Governor DeSantis this week over the termination of Disney's special privileges, which argued that the dissolution of Disney’s Reedy Creek bill was to punish Disney and at the same time Florida taxpayers. The judge ruled that the federal level was the wrong venue for the case, and that the Plaintiffs did not have standing as they could not prove personal injury. Glory to God!
